Camper Registration - SGU 2020
Dates & Times
13-17 Jul 20209:00am - 12:00pm
6-12 Grade Students$344
SGU is a Christian summer camp for students who have completed grades 6-12. This one-week camp is an experiential, relationship-focused camp where students will have the opportunity to learn more about who Jesus is and build relationships with other Christian students.
An $80 Non-Refundable deposit is required for each camper to reserve their spot. That is part of the $344 fee (if you pay $80 now, you'll have a remaining balance of $264).
If you purchase an add-on for the camp bank, that payment is due at time of registration.
Returning Parents: Use the same email address you used last year to start the registration process.
Refund Policy for 2020
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Payments above the deposit are refundable through June 14, 2020
- No refunds on any payments effective June 15, 2020.
- We will refund any Camp Bank add-on in full
Air Conditioned Rooms Process for 2020
Rooms will be assigned based on the camper's registration date within your church. To best maximize your chance at an air-conditioned room with your preferred roommate, both campers should register as early as possible.
Each church will have a designated block of rooms in both air-conditioned and non-air dorms. Air-conditioned rooms will be assigned based on each camper's registration date within your church's registrations.
Once your church's air-conditioned block of rooms full, we will move to fill the non-air rooms.
Some church blocks of air-conditioned floors may fill more quickly than others. Campers with medical needs for air conditioning must submit a doctor's note by June 1.
Campers who request to room together can often be accommodated, but due to the number of double and single rooms, may be placed in two individual (single) rooms near each other. Campers will have the option on their registration to decide whether their preference is to be with their preferred roommate or air conditioning if both are not feasible.
During this registration, you'll have the opportunity to add-on a deposit to the camp bank. The Camp Bank is spending money for your camper to use. A deposit to the camp bank is fully refundable at any time before camp.
If your church offers a scholarship, that scholarship will NOT apply to the camp bank.
Campers will be able to withdraw their camp bank money during worship break at evening worship and after dismissal from morning worship Monday-Thursday. They'll be responsible for any funds they withdraw and can use the money for whatever they'd like: the camp store, vending machines, concessions at the pool, etc.
Campers can make deposits to the camp bank during worship break at evening worship and after morning worship dismissal Monday-Thursday. On Thursday evening, campers will receive instruction to withdraw any remaining balances.
