Welcome 

SGU is a Christian summer camp for students who have completed grades 6-12. This one-week camp is an experiential, relationship-focused camp where students will have the opportunity to learn more about who Jesus is and build relationships with other Christian students. 

Camp Cost: 

• $449
• Due today: $89
• Complete balance due by: June 15, 2025
  Cost of Add-ons are due immediately. 

Total Fee $449 less deposit of $89 will leave a remaining balance of $360

Satellites

Satellites are afternoon breakout sessions for campers for three afternoons during camp.  Browse the list of satellites here. 

You'll begin by selecting which satellite you'd like at the very beginning of registration. 

Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Payments above the deposit are refundable through June 14, 2025
• No refunds on any payments effective June 15, 2025 
• We will refund any Camp Bank add-on in full at anytime. 

Air-Conditioned Rooms Process

As you may know, not every dorm room is air-conditioned. We will assign air-conditioned rooms within your church based on the registration date. Each church will have a limited number of air-conditioned rooms, and once those are filled, registrants will be assigned rooms without air-conditioning.

**Please note: Some churches fill their air-conditioned rooms on the very first day of registration.

Unless a camper has a doctor's note (submitted no later than June 1, 2025) for a medical condition, we cannot guarantee an air-conditioned room.  

Roommates

Rooms are available in various configurations. You may indicate a roommate preference when registering, and we will do our best to accommodate. Please try to register at the same time as your requested roommate.  

Camp Bank

During this registration, you'll have the opportunity to add on a deposit to the camp bank. The Camp Bank is spending money for your camper to use. A deposit to the camp bank is fully refundable at any time before camp. 

If your church offers a scholarship, that scholarship will NOT apply to the camp bank or add-ons. 

Campers can withdraw their camp bank money during the evening worship break. They'll be responsible for any funds they withdraw and can use the money for whatever they'd like: the camp store, vending machines, concessions at the pool, etc. 

Campers can make deposits to the camp bank during the evening worship break Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday evening, campers will receive instruction to withdraw any remaining balances. 

Churches & Pastors
